What does the Meez warranty cover?

We offer a 12-month warranty on all jewelry pieces against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. This includes issues like loose stones (not caused by impact), faulty clasps, or problems with metalwork.

What is not covered under warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

How do I request a warranty repair?

Is shipping covered under warranty service?

We cover return shipping for approved warranty repairs within the first 6 months. After that period, customers may be responsible for shipping costs.

What happens if my item is not repairable?

If the issue is covered and cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Do custom pieces come with a warranty?

Yes. Custom and made-to-order pieces are also covered under the same 12-month warranty for craftsmanship.

Do you offer lifetime care?

Yes. While our formal warranty is 12 months, we offer lifetime care services such as cleaning, inspection, and minor repairs for a small fee. We’re here to help your jewelry last a lifetime.
