PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE PLOICY

At Meez Jewelry, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

        • You may return any non-custom jewelry item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

        • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, unworn and undamaged.

        • A refund will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Please note: Custom or personalized jewelry is non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

🔁 Exchanges

        • We offer one-time free exchanges on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

        • You can exchange for a different size, style, or receive store credit.

        • If the new item is of greater value, we will invoice the price difference.

📦 Return Process

        1. Email us at [info@meezjewelry.vn] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

        2. We will provide return instructions and a shipping label (return shipping costs may apply).

        3. Once received and approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

        • Customized or engraved jewelry

        • Gift cards or promotional items

        • Items marked as final sale

        • Meez Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return condition guidelines.

        • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
