We ship worldwide. Shipping is free on all orders.
How long will it take to receive my jewelry?
Ready-made items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 2–4 weeks. You’ll receive tracking once shipped.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Non-custom pieces can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Are custom pieces returnable?
Custom and engraved jewelry is non-returnable unless there’s a manufacturing issue.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and secure local payment options. Custom orders may be paid by bank transfer.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t entered production or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.
